Refund policy

I currently do not offer returns or exchanges. 

Refunds due to damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Before opening you must photograph the damaged package. Please also photograph any damage or issues if the order is wrong. 

I will notify you if I approve your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since I’ve approved your refund, please contact me at artbyashleys@gmail.com.
